Trouble Viewing Videos?
If you cannot view videos continuously without them buffering (stopping and starting), your Internet connection may be too slow. Ideally, you need a broadband download speed of at least 500 - 550Kbps for satisfactory viewing.

If you have this kind of service and still have problems, clear out the temporary Internet files in your browser and try again.
Sign Up Information
Go to the Sign Up link at the top of the homepage. After filling out the new user Sign Up form, go to your email account and click on the validation link from SpiritFlash. Once you have done this you are ready to log in and use the site.
Browser Problems - Some have experienced problems logging in with the Mac Safari browser. Try Firefox if you have problems.
Video Submissions
In order to subit videos to the site, individuals must create a login and be willing to follow the guidelines listed on our Terms of Use page.
1. VIDEO LENGTH - Videos should touch on some aspect of ministry and may not be more than 5 or minutes (give or take). If they are much over this they may be deleted. Actually, you will get more people to view your video if you keep it short (1-2 minutes).
2. ALLOWED MEDIA TYPES - mpg, avi, mpeg, wmv, mov, rm, dat, mp4, flv, 3gp. When submitted to the site, these files are automatically converted to flash.
Site Language
Currently, videos approved for broadcast must be in English.
You Can Download Videos - If you have the latest version of RealPlayer and set it as your default video player, just open a video and hover over it with your mouse. A RealPlayer icon will pop up and allow you to download the video to your computer.
